Baffle Forward Bulkheads
Continuing some baffle stuff...I actually moved the forward baffles back a little, which required shortening the little brace that gets connected to the engine bolt (not pictured). Then I started making these little angles that attach the front bulkheads to the inlet floors. These angles are at odd angles so it required a little trial and error to get them right. I was planning from the start to not prime/paint the baffles but now that I'm scratching everything up I may do it anyway.
And here's the other side. There are other angles that you cannot see here. I'm still not 100% sure how the front inlets are supposed to look.
And here you can see the lower angle and the other support bracket that's drilled to the case.
I'm starting to feel a lot better about this baffling stuff. You just have to get it on there. I'm going to definately spend quite a while deburring these parts -- I need another tiny scotch-brite wheel.
Next on my list I will need to drill the flanges on the aft bulkheads, then trim down the top...then mount oil cooler...then punch holes for everything...then deburr/optionally prime/rivet and permanently install everything.
