Disney Day #1
Yesterday Jaime and I drove down to Orlando from Atlanta. It's about a 7 hour drive (of course I was thinking the whole time about how fast the trip would have been in the RV). Anyway...Disney World isn't a place I would generally go on Vacation...but a friend of Jaime's is getting married and so we were both glad to come down and spend a few days in the sun...wait....we didn't see the sun the whole time we were there! The weather was miserable, light rain and high overcast...it was VFR the entire time...but still pretty bad. We made the best out of a bad situation.
Today we spent some time at Epcot, thinking that since it's the most 'learning' oriented of the parks it would be the one that we enjoyed the most.
...and here I am in front of the 'Mission Space' ride. It was OK...but boy...going inverted...pulling g's while looking up at the ground is waaaay more fun than any human centrifuge. Also, note the umbrella that I kept in hand the entire trip...
