Clecoed Together Ailerons; Start Match-Drilling Ailerons
Today I went out and clecoed the ailerons together, drilling out various parts as I went along. They are rather heavy with the big galvanized pipe serving as a counterweight. Anyway, this took quite a while. When I first clecoed them together, there's a bit of a wave that develops, but as you add more clecoes the waves work themselves out.
Oh well, Burton is supposed to be coming over tomorrow to help me some more with the bottom skins on the left wing. My fuselage ships next week and it'll probably take a week or two to get here...so I'm going to try to finish the wings before then...we'll see.
