Rear Spar Deburring Tasks
Today I continued deburring the edges of the rear spar doublers. These things are rather rough out of the box. Switching betweeen my angle dir grinder with Scotch-Brite wheel (above right), my file (for inside of the forks) and my Scotch-Brite pad, this gets done. Just very, very tedious though.
Next was to trim these doubler plates for the aileron pushrods. Easier said than done. All of my dremel attachments are worn down so I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow to go to the store and get something better.
